We stayed for 2 nights and everything was great, the room was exceptionally clean, and the food was fab with breakfast included.

Stayed for 3 nights in this exceptionally comfortable place, greatly enjoyed that. Very amiable staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. Coffee, tea, fruit juice, toast, and cereal were fab and overall there was lots of food. The total experience was lovely, we would recommend.

A beautiful spot near cool stuff like Leith Hall & Gardens, Tap o'Noth, and rad Scottish castles and mansions. the room was super clean and impressive. 🌟.

The breakfast was great with plenty of food. the location is marvelous, right in the middle of the city with beautiful views over the garden. There are plenty of food options within a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The accommodation is conveniently located near Insch with easy access to Scottish castles, mansions, and Leith Hall, making it an ideal spot for sightseeing.

The picturesque setting of Lilyoak B&B & Self Catering Apartment is really close to local attractions like Bennachie, Leith Hall & Gardens, Tap o'Noth, and great Scottish castles and mansions. They offer a great selection of goodies for breakfast.

The room had a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries, making it convenient for me to freshen up. I really appreciated having an electric kettle in the room, as it allowed me to easily make a cup of tea whenever I wanted. The presence of a DVD player in the room was a nice touch, giving me the option to relax and watch movies during my stay.

Personally, I didn't find the air conditioning very necessary, but I understand that others may enjoy it.

The value for money at Lilyoak was incredible, with a self-contained bungalow that had all the necessary amenities and even basic groceries provided. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful countryside, making our stay a relaxing and charming experience. The owner, Kim, was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to ensure that we felt welcome and well taken care of.

The hotel breakfast could have been improved by offering more variety or options for guests with dietary restrictions.
